Through our licensed Out-of-Home Care and Staff Model programs, we support a small number of individuals—typically two to four per home—allowing for a truly personalized care experience. Each individual receives an individualized behaviour support plan, overseen by a Registered Behaviour Analyst and delivered by a high ratio of Direct Support Workers to ensure consistent, attentive, and responsive support.
We empower each individual to take an active role in decisions related to their support plan, encouraging informed choice and personal autonomy. With the right level of assistance, individuals are supported to manage their daily activities as independently as possible.
Our programs also emphasize community inclusion by supporting participation in meaningful activities such as volunteering, employment opportunities, and involvement in local clubs or sports teams—helping individuals build connections and a strong sense of belonging.
Our programs offer clear daily routines and consistent support systems that help individuals build stability and predictability in their lives. These structured activity schedules support the development of healthy coping strategies and self-regulation skills, strengthening emotional, social, and behavioural functioning over time.
The health, safety, and dignity of the individuals we support are at the core of everything we do. Our organization is guided by a strong leadership structure that includes Directors of Service, Program Managers, and Program Supervisors, all committed to upholding best practices in the care and support of youth and adults with complex needs.
Our experienced clinical team—comprised of supervised Behaviour Technicians and highly qualified Registered Behaviour Analysts—operates in accordance with the professional standards and codes of conduct established by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
By working closely with families and community partners, we ensure that our Direct Support Workers receive comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and appropriate oversight. This collaborative, integrated approach allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality care in environments that are welcoming, inclusive, and aligned with our core values and service principles.

We support individuals in building confidence and self-belief by helping them recognize their unique strengths and abilities. By fostering self-esteem and self-determination, we empower them to set meaningful goals and work toward achieving their personal aspirations.
